A few weeks back I noticed a sudden surge of Instagram buddies. 'Huh,' I mused. 'Folks are really digging the Valencia filter on today's latte art." Then I went about my business. I found out later that the Huffington Post very kindly included me on their list of 23 Women to Follow on Instagram--hence the influx of new followers. This has prompted a response of 'Who, me?' from yours truly.
But I'm sufficiently gobsmacked to be in this company and would be remiss if I didn't share the mention here. Amongst the other Instagals? The Mindy. The Zooey. Plus my personal heroine, Jenny Slate, who you more likely know as the voice of Marcel the Shell. Never again will I question the half-hour required to concept, execute, edit, and caption each Instagram shot. #worthit!
