I realized something this morning: we're well into July, but with San Francisco temps hovering in the mid-60's I've yet to don a bathing suit this year. Then the latest issue of Martha Stewart Living landed in my mailbox and I opened it to find these decadent swirled desserts staring me in the face. Still, that bikini diet mentality prevails, so I must resist temptation!
So what's a blogger to do? Why, I'll get it out of my system by sharing these insanely tasty-looking images with you in a 'Dessert to Dress' post! I've paired rooms with outfits many times before, but never have I been inspired to team sweets with fashion until now. I couldn't not look at these puffs of meringue and see floating tulle and silk---wouldn't you agree?
I was hoping that after staring at these images of blueberry cupcakes and banana caramel ice cream for an hour, I'd lose my cravings altogether. Unfortunately the opposite has occurred and my salivary glands are in overdrive. Gosh darn you Martha and your swirly dessert goodness; if you need me I'll be munching on a celery stick.

Ok I just finished a bowl of berries, trying to be good.... Bikini wearing in Miami in 3 weeks and now I want ice cream with caramel swirl!

This used to be a big problem a long time ago when television was the only way, lacking indeed being there, that one could watch the game, whether it's a Barcelona Madrid game, or another type in the soccer matches
