It's that eternal conundrum of fall: wet weather is on its way, you have to leave the house sometime, but nothing feels worse than damp, cold feet. Leave it to the shoe gurus at Loeffler Randall to come up with the ultimate chic solution. They've just launched the latest addition to their line of rainboots and booties--here's company founder Jessie Randall herself modeling them!
The gals at Loeffler Randall asked me to style the cute slip-on rain booties with a favorite outfit from my own closet. I'm never one to stop at just a single look--so you can see me on their blog prancing about in two! I adore the slim wedge heel on these shoes; they make a practical piece ever so wearable and give it a hint of fashion edge.
And of course we couldn't have rainboot action without bringing Bri into the mix, now could we? She killed it with a fun fashion shoot over on her blog, and I'm smitten with the way she paired her lace-ups with leg warmers. Of course, now that we're all set for the rain, the sun's decided to come out here in San Francisco--but you won't hear me complaining!
P.S. A couple notes on the rest of my outfit! Jeans are reconstructed vintage Levi's, silk tank is Karina Grimaldi at Chloe Rose Boutique, and bag is by Jendarling Bags. Photos: 1. Loeffler Randall. 2. Kelly Stonelake. 3. Angela + Ithyle.
