Is there anything more wonderful than receiving a handwritten note in the mail? It's such a thrill to open the mailbox and find, nestled amongst bills and credit card offers, a sweet card from a dear loved one. And I'd be especially delighted to open an envelope from Bella Card Company. These cheerful and cheeky designs are the perfect way to say, 'Was just thinking of you!'
Alicia, the designer behind Bella Card Company, is offering one reader a custom suite of social stationery! Alicia will work with the winner to design a set of three coordinating items: a calling card, a notecard or letterhead, and an envelope or address label. You can create your own personal brand--or wouldn't this make a lovely gift for a new bride who has just changed her name?
To enter, just visit Alicia's shop then leave a comment here telling us who would be the first person you'd send a letter with your personalized stationery. For example: I'd send a note to my grandma and to thank her for letting me use her pool this summer!
I would also write a note to my grandmother, just to say hi! She always talks about how she's sad I moved away (to Chicago from NY), so I'd write her a note to let her know I'm thinking about her!

I love snail mail, and I try to send letters at least once a month. This time... I think I would send it to my dear friend Holly who is going through a terrible divorce. Nothing cheers someone up quite like an unexpected hand-written letter! xo

I'd send it to my Aunt Carol! She's all the way up in Sudbury, so I don't get to see her often, but she's just the sweetest person!

Gorgeous!! I'd love to win this. Although I admit that I probably wouldn't send anyone a note...I'm a stationery hoarder so I'd just keep the pretty paper on my desk and look at it all the time. Possibly I'd write a note to someone that I address and stamp and then keep in my purse for a couple months without sending.

I would send a card from the quotable collection to my high school bestie (who's still one of my closest friend) who only has email at work. She loves quotes, she's home on maternity leave and it's her birthday this month, which all call for a card!

I've been dying for new calling cards so this would be AMAZING. If I won, I'd send you and Alicia thank-you notes, thanking you for this amazing treat! (Oh yeah, then I'd send my sister-in-law a hello letter - she's in San Diego, on the opposite coast of all our family and friends, and her hubby is on a ship somewhere in the Middle East.)
