A perrenial favorite! I love them all, big and small. We have a duo of white-hued Pantons in our breakfast area and they really are so great to have in a household of children. So easy to clean and light enough for even the youngest to scoot around. My husband uses one for his office chair, in a cheery orange and it really is comfortable enough to sit in all day! Great post, Anne.

I enjoyed reading your post, you are a great writer and I love those chairs.

I once saw a version of this chair as a woman squatting, if I find it I will send our way.

cassandra @ cocokelley

oh, SUCH a fave. and you, m'dear are hilarious. i can't wait to have a pair at each end of my dining room table!

simply hue

Anne, you're hilarious. ;) These chairs are great and I notice they even look good in a traditional setting!

Manvi

Anne, this was fun! And image 4 is much like my dining and living room(the fireplace, the silver tray and pedestal table...minus the chairs). I have been thinking about how the chairs would look with my pedestal table and pic 4 says it all.

TERI REES WANG

Oh, the "Potato-Chip" Patton chair!

I have soft pine wood floors and every chair leg poses a threat, except for this one.

These need to be my new kitchen chairs, and out door chairs, and then both.

Be well. Live well.

jess@noelmarie

I absolutely covet a Panton! One day soon, I hope.

caroline @ patagonia gifts

Love the panton - and they're so comfortable too!

These interiors strike me as being very British. Really amazing use of color.

piper@steakandcakes

I have been foaming at the mouth for one of these guys for about a year now. I am desperate for one. Sigh.

FROM THE RIGHT BANK

My white Panton is one of my favorite things. People always ask if it's comfortable and you know, it is!

Bromeliad

How can I capture one?

The only way I know is to leave several hundred dollars in the middle of a very large net. Wish nuts and seeds worked as well.

jen laceda

Oh, that's what those are called!! I like the kiddie version the best! I wish my daughter could have one!

The Deco Detective

Yay, another chair post! You should work on television - did you, too, grow up with the David Attenborough shows?

Laura J. Developing Designs

Very clever my dear, very clever indeed. Up"roar"ious entertaining. With your wit this makes for a perfect post to start the day.
