Every once in awhile I come across a recipe with DEAB status: Drop Everything And Bake. That was definitely the case for these little babies. They contain that triumvirate of awesomeness--chocolate, coconut and graham crackers (I have such a thing for graham crackers lately). Throw in a thick layer of golden cheesecake and I'm a goner. In fact they barely lasted long enough for a photo session.
I won't reprint the recipe because you can find it easily via Martha Stewart. However I will say that these are a must-try. They're deceptively easy to make but sure to impress, great for a crowd and a perfect dessert for Fourth of July barbecues. Or for eating the whole pan by yourself with a gallon jug of Yoo-Hoo. Not that I know anyone who would do that...
mmm those look delish! I might actually bake them but first I have to devise a storage plan to hide them from my choc-o-holic housemate who thinks nothing of venturing into others' shelf territory in search of chocolate. I'm not sure how the if-it's-chocolate-it's-fair-game rule came to be, but it's a serious problem!

They look as though they wouldn't last very long at all with my hungry crew. We can't get Graham Crackers here in Australia - would I substitute a sweet plain biscuit?
We posted about another too-die-for recipe today. I think I have gone up a dress size in the last few hours, but boy was it worth it!

OH MY WORD! They look gorgeous...I'm hungry now, I don't think a Maryland cookie is going to do it for me though ;)

Yum! Even the pharmaceutical industry, historically tied to long-term investment cycles, cut 69,000 jobs in 2009, up 60% from 2008:)
