Hello from Melanie of You Are My Fave! First, I have to thank Anne for letting me guest on her delightful blog. I feel like a struggling actor who finally got to be an extra on NYPD Blue and see Zach Morris (is he even still on that show?). I just hope I don't sneeze in the middle of this take.
So, let's move on to some interior photos that make us curse our stained carpet and lack of home improvement skills. Today's topic is gallery walls - nothing new, but I think they're like a little black dress and will never go out of style. I'm in the process of spiffing up my own wall and I have a gazillion inspiration photos but for some reason it's hard to make it look random yet cohesive yet like you meant to do it but it didn't take much effort. Am I making sense? Maybe you can help. What look do you like? A colorful lot of both artwork and photos?
A mix of 2-3 colored frames with a little more rhyme and reason?
This one below is my fave!
Or all the same colored frame with a uniformed shape?
Frankly, I love them all. Tough dec-idge. And after the frames and shape are figured out, what am I going to fill them all with? Maybe I'll just go eat some leftover Easter candy and watch 30 Rock instead.
