Okay, so I know it's Halloween Week here at The City Sage---and these babies have nothing to do with Halloween. Unless you count the fact that I'm frightened by how much I want them...
I'm a sucker for clever color names; these Dinah Riding Boots from Loeffler Randall are 'Elephant' grey. And maybe they're Halloween appropriate after all, because their $750 pricetag had me screaming and running in the other direction! Sigh...

I had the same reaction to a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo boots I saw on the Nordstrom website. I know, I know, they're Ferragamos, so I shouldn't have been too surprised. But $1,100?! Ouch. And they're so pretty!

I've been having boot lust lately too! Those are gorgeous, but the price tag is definitely scary enough for Halloween.

I just adore riding boots. That's another thing I'm on the hunt for, in addition to rain boots.
